Company Philosophy
Thames Vale Homes is located in Newbury, West Berkshire. The company was started in 1994 by the current Managing Director, Brian Eighteen. The objectives then were simple and they have not changed in the subsequent years and the completion of over 100 new houses. We want to build quality new homes on small developments in desirable locations and offer a very personal purchase experience.
To achieve this we generally only operate on up to four developments at any time. This enables us to keep a close watch on quality as building progresses. Our team have a vast experience in house building, mainly achieved through working for larger national house building companies. We are meticulous in ensuring each new home is built to the correct standards.
Our houses are specifically designed for each location, rather than a standard house from the bottom drawer. We choose the best architectural elements of an area and combine it with our design expertise to create a home that will look and feel good for years to come. The acid test is that we all would be proud to live in a new home designed and built by Thames Vale.
We offer a personal sales service – we will guide you at every step of the purchase of your house and you will meet many of the staff involved in building your home from site manager to the managing director. We look forward to giving our purchasers the keys to their new Thames Vale Home.
