It is therefore very easy to obtain exposure to all the disciplines. So if you are in sales you will hear all about the difficulties of obtaining planning consent. Likewise if you are a surveyor then you will be asked for advice on anything to do with cost in areas such as product development or optional extras.

Thames Vale has been in business for 12 years with a very small staff turnover. They believe this is because people are encouraged to take responsibility for their actions and communicate their decisions to others efficiently.
