Jeff Hake – Construction Director
Jeff joined the company in 1996 from Berkeley Homes. His two key roles include the management of the commercial interests of the business and he also deals with land acquisition. He takes a development from planning consent and manages it through to the handover of each new home to it's purchaser. Jeff also looks after the company's customer care programme

Alan Swadling - Customer care
Alan has many years of experience within the industry. He has responsibility for dealing with snagging for each home and post completion maintenance.

Sue Shelley - Sales and Marketing Manager
Sue joined the company in 2004 from Dreweatt Neate estate agents. Her role includes the preparation of marketing and advertising material as being the principal contact for the sale of each home. She also deals with the technical issues of land acquisition.
